daniel, a restaurant up on the UES called Mediterraneo has tiramisu that is suppose to be a perfect replicate of the ones in Italy. As you can see from the picture you have posted, the 'real' tiramisu is served as a lump of thing in a bowl, not a 'slice' or a 'cup'. that's how you know if a restaurant is serving the real tiramisu
